but because of the results of those teams' past opponents, there has been some shuffling in where teams are likely to slot if they win out.

Right now, if these teams win out, the top end of NPI would be the UW-Platteville, then UW-Whitewater winner, then Cortland, Wheaton, Hope, Christopher Newport, Hardin-Simmons, Baldwin-Wallace, Washington U, Endicott, Calvin, St. John's, the Trinity-Connecticut or Amherst winner, a 9-1 UW-Platteville, then an undefeated Concordia-Wisconsin.

If you're a fan of the team at the tail end of that list, there's still plenty of room to move up, either via chaos in the WIAC or NESCAC, an Ithaca win in the Cortica Jug or a Cortland loss to Brockport, a Salisbury win over Christopher Newport, a Mary Harden-Baylor win against Harden-Simmons, Mountain Union beating Baldwin-Wallace, and to a lesser degree, Calvin beating Hope.

Looking at the at-large picture, there are currently 32 teams with at least a 5% shot of an at-large bid if they miss their conference AQ.

The last at-large bids NPI typically ranges from 64.3 to 65.1.

Yeah, you can take your

pick of Game of the Week in the two this week.

The Liberty League Championship is on the line with RPI at Ithaca, as is the Empire 8 Championship with Cortland going to Brockport.

Chris Clax, Henry Takis, Joe Spiro was named an All-American.

And then you also look at stars like Cam Paquette, who had the game-sealing interception against Cortland last year in that full-field pick-six against Buff State.

So this defense, these stars have really grown in their roles.

They really have.

It's going to be very interesting to see, and I'm just excited to see how the rest of the regular season shakes out.

But Ithaca always has a unique schedule because they start the Liberty League a week earlier and ended a week earlier, all because... of the 67th Quarter Kajug game presented by Visions Federal Credit Union at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York.

That game, with Cortland being ranked, if Ithaca wins the week before against RPI, playoff implications.

Oh, absolutely.

[crowd cheering]

The final snap, the final kneel down of the season, and Cortland, for the first time in program history, is national champions.

And the last time Brian Griese ran that far, his dad was chasing him with a stick.

And then the shit show in our Ann Arbor where we're scoring 10 points a game and, you know, our quarterback doesn't look like he knows how to read.

So I mean, it's, uh, it's amazing how it switches.

Uh, Cortland gets a huge win over number 21, U- uh, Utica, 31 to 21.

Uh, the playoff hopes are very much alive for Cortland.
