Corsicana

Okay.

So there's a Russell Stover factory in Corsicana.

Corsicana.

My wife knows where it is.

We all do.

What matters is how you tell that story and how you sell it.

We did work in Corsicana, Texas, maybe one year or two years ago.

And part of the work was looking at vacancies in downtown and looking at vacant spaces in downtown, not just storefronts, but vacant spaces in downtown and figuring out the best uses that those places could have to attract people.

And as we were doing the research for what stories to tell, We found out that Corsicana is the first place where oil was discovered west of the Mississippi.

And so our project was called the birthplace of American energy or something like that.

It

think it would be the same thing.

Create something that can be as humble as it is.

We toured together so long.

And coming up, man, when I was coming up, I grew up in Corsicana.

You know where that is? Yeah.

I grew up there.

And all the cats in Corsicana, all the people that played guitar, playing guitar wasn't as common as it is now.

So they were either Rush guys or Zeppelin guys.

And I came up as a Sabbath guy.

Oh my goodness.

Bethel Johnson had it, hit him right in the ribcage, and he dropped it, the sophomore out of Corsicana.

Three-man rush by Penn State.

Heavy coverage, heavy zone coverage.

Congrats.

And then big homecoming game tonight for Midlothian Heritage, Jags versus Corsicana Tigers.

I'm going with the Jags.

I'm gonna go-

Yeah.

All right.

Corsicana.

I just like to wish the best for the homecoming team, the home team.

So the first thing I wanna share is probably one of the most interesting stories.

This is a property in Corsicana, Texas, okay? And this is the actual picture of a property.

Now, this came across, it was a vacant property, and one of our students, it came across a list to us.

It wasn't an REO foreclosure yet.

I know I've got it somewhere in a, in a webinar or a previous video.

I gotta, I've gotta go find it and, and share it with you.

But anyway, that's the Corsicana house.

And you'll see that from time to time.

And I think...

And got, uh, Corsicana in an antique building.

Zach and Jim, in fact, both of y'all came years ago-

Yeah
