You can begin with a blank page and three headings.

Claimed, Demonstrated, Corroborated.

Under the first heading, write down what you currently claim about yourself.

What does your LinkedIn headline say you do? How do you describe your expertise in your About section? What do you say on your website, in your biography, or when someone asks you to explain your work? Then ask whether those descriptions are clear and consistent.
