Clontarf, welcome Old Wesley, as we said, their first game in 29 years in the top flight.

Clontarf will be expecting a big crowd there and a raucous pre-match lunch.

It's meeting the people and having that chat or having that coffee afterwards that can really boost it as well.

The way I do it is I run my classes from Cork Con.

So I have, let's say, 20, 25, 30 women in front of me, mostly women.

To be fair, I think I have about two fellas come to me.

but Zach the men were able to get their international test in Boston very recently you were there another heartbreaker

yes another one another one a tough one to take Pat I think uh yeah they took on the boys from Cork Constitution uh in Boston at the Irish Cultural Center it was a beautiful venue beautiful match and I think you know it did suck to lose that that match I think the expectations were pretty high coming in especially you know I think the first people to tell you it was a tough loss where that would be the players on that squad because they spent that whole week working together.

It was one of the most dynamic, you know, high-performance squads they've assembled in kind of the four- or five-year history of the NCR high-performance program.
