But over in other countries, like in England, a guy is going to first or secondary school at 12 or 13, and after school every evening he's in his local academy at Man United, Liverpool, uh, Nottingham Forest, wherever it might be, and he's training every day.

So now these players now are coming into what we call pre-academy.

So at 12 and 13, they're coming into Waterford FC, into Cork City, and they're training every evening after school in the pre-academy, and every club has a head of academy now who coordinates that program.
