Corey Woods

pretty cool.

And Corey Woods was one of them, the mayor.

And we had him on.

Yeah, we had him

ALL THE WAY UP TO SENIOR CITIZENS AND ALSO WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH OUR CITY GOVERNMENTS.

I HAVE STRONG RELATIONSHIPS AND ENDORSEMENTS FROM COUNCILMAN KEVIN ROBINSON IN IWATUKI, MAYOR ELECTA CHANDLER, MATT ARLANDO, ALONG WITH THE VICE MAYOR OF CHANDLER, ANGEL INCINES, AND THEN ATEMPE MAYOR CORY WOODS, VICE MAYOR DORIAN GARLAND, AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NIKKI AMBERG, DORIAN GARLAND, AND RANDY KEATING.

AND I THINK THERE'S WAYS TO WORK WITH THE CITY GOVERNMENTS TO Make sure again, our assets are still used for the community.

And I don't want to let a charter or private school swoop in and take over.

That was a pretty incredible feeling.

Uh, that room opened with the mayor of Tempe, Arizona, Corey Woods, the first Black mayor that city ever elected.

Somebody did the paperwork.

Somebody renamed the park.

That was built by Aeon, Arizona State University, and the Le- Leadership Consortium, hosted at ASU's Barrett & O'Connor Center in DC.

Uh, big shout-out to Tempe Mayor Cory Woods, who opened that for, uh, all of us, and, uh, Brandy Irvin, our manager, uh, ran the program.

Kenja Hasan and Sh- Shauntane Robinson built the room, uh, and we recorded the QR code, uh, block live out of that, which is forthcoming.

Uh, so you'll be able to hear the conversation, um, directly, uh, once we are ready to air that.
