But then for the last three plus four plus years, the devil's in the details, right? Of doing that at every single step, right? of design, implementation, construction, building, content development, digital, flooring indicators, you name it, right? And so that's a lot of the in the weeds work that we've been doing for the last few years.

And getting in early is critical because it allows us to affect more of the ecosystem, say.

So we use the word ecosystem because a project gets broken down into different silos.

There's the architects and construction ecosystem.

There's the content team, there's the exhibit designer, media producer, there's all of these different groups and many more.

And they all have to work together to create this outcome.

But if they're not all thinking about inclusive design and accessibility through their own parts and that we're not there ensuring a congruency between all of the work everyone's doing, then we are going to inadvertently end up with barriers.

How was that principle incorporated into the design of the dot experience from the very beginning?
