And then closing things out, 20-25. seventh round pick Ilya Konarski since I went through that list at the midway point of last season several players in my opinion have graduated past the prospect stage and how I kind of dictated this in my mind not only because Stephen Ellis I went through a couple of his lists earlier in the summer he no longer included most of these players as prospects any longer same with you know Corey Pronman and other people that I've gone through but I personally feel like once you've played a 60 plus NHL games and are expected to be a full-time member of the roster in a preseason top prospects list that's when I'm no longer including you at the prospect stage so the guys who will not be included this time around just as a heads up Sam Renzel who I was a little bit torn about because he wasn't fully established as a full-time NHLer last year however I do expect him to be a full-time NHLer this time around this season and has played over 60 NHL games Artem Levshinov's played was strictly in the NHL last season and was played 18 NHL games at the end of the season, the year prior.

So I'm not including him as a prospect any longer, fully expect him less things go really wayward to be a full-time NHL or this season, Oliver Moore's already played over 60 NHL games.

It would have been well over that number.

Seems like he's going to be back.

I'm curious because like Corey Pronman, who we need to be nice to, we were apart in like a full episode like two or three weeks ago.

So now we'll be nice to Corey.

Wrote a story at The Athletic about, you know, top waiver targets and potential waiver targets and training camp and Patras on that list.

When those rosters are set and all those players go on waivers, the Vancouver Canucks are gonna be able to survey the list from the entire NHL and pick the guy they like best.

Now, yesterday we were working off the Corey Pronman list on The Athletic, which looked like a pretty good list.

Today, the Daily Faceoff Vancouver, and if you're just catching up from the summer, this is the new name for Canucks Army.

There was a brand expansion there, centralized it under the Daily Faceoff hub.

We all remember that fateful day here in this town.

But I mean, we went through it yesterday.

Corey Pronman did a list.

And in terms of the talent that's going to be available on the waiver wire when it comes to goaltending, as teams who are now accustomed to keeping three guys that they can trust are gonna be forced to put some goalies on the waiver wire.

But there was a really interesting piece on The Athletic today from Corey Pronman with regards to waiver wire targets.

And we bring this up, everybody, because by virtue of finishing last in the National Hockey League, the Vancou- last season, the Vancouver Canucks are going to have their pick of the litter when rosters get set later this month and players get put on waivers.

They've got priority.

Um, we didn't talk about this, Walt, so I'll throw to Walt first and then Gatesy, we'll get your, your thoughts on it.

Corey Pronman had himself a, uh, he was on a heater.

[laughs] It was like a two, three week, he couldn't do anything right.

Um, I mean, we disagree obviously with the placement of Benson.

... two or three.

You're like, "What are we doing here?" So can you explain that a little bit to people, just, you know, for, for those that were very upset just like we all were, but can you explain it a little bit?

Well, [laughs] I, I think you have to start with kinda like a history lesson on Corey Pronman, but I won't go too deep into that.

But really since like his ESPN days with his prospect rankings, they've always been pretty controversial.
