So we can, we can start from the lowest level of care all the way through to the most highest need.

And there are things what's called the bridge options, right? So if somebody gets an early diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer's or a chronic condition like COPD, CHF, at the end of the day, you need to start doing your research, right? they immediately think, I need to go to a facility.

And delaying these decisions and delaying that care planning, it just adds to... more guilt there's also other bad outcomes or it can impact just general long-term outcomes that can impact someone i think we we talked about quality of life we talked about health outcomes are there other outcomes that you can think of as far as like other than guilt and even you can talk about guilt too what what role does that play in with these delayed decision making
