As a C-suite leader who thinks that potentially AI could solve some of this problem and take over some of the work that you're doing, how should we rethink this? Where are you coming from with that statement?

You should read my newsletter from today that I just sent out titled AI Will Not Replace Humans.

And it's on this topic.

I think AI is super powerful.

It gives really good people, it gives mediocre people superpowers, right? But it doesn't have great judgment.

It doesn't think, right? And there have been organizations that have just, you know, in the article, there's a couple companies I list that have just decided to fire people.

And then they took that back and they realized they made a mistake.

what are the things that from the outside in right so i'm not the person who sees that i need to send every email to the leader from the outside and what are some of the things that i should look for or maybe some of the questions to ask to find out where they are in this spectrum

Is that the human in the loop?

The human brings the judgment.

They bring the taste.

They bring the soul, the heart.

They build the system.

They manage the system.

A lot of these systems, they're good.

We're talking about the jobs moving and the people who do the jobs being in different places, but then now we have AI where AI is doing the actual work.

and everyone in business and look up to them and be like,

why are they so amazing? They speak so much better than me.

I'd be on sales calls with my mentors and I'd be like, wow, they sound amazing.

I'll never be able to sound like that.

I was very anxious about getting started.

I just always felt that I needed someone to work with.

So the first couple of businesses I started with, I really pressed go once I found a business partner.

So maybe what helped you make that mindset shift that you can delegate and move on to the next thing?
