Core Keeper

What's that game that came out on the Game Pass? Core Keeper? Core Keeper is basically Minecraft, but in, like, overhead 2D.

And I don't have enough patience for Minecraft as it is.

It's... you can spend hours doing something in Minecraft and realize you haven't done anything, which is awesome and like, what? So the respect for your time in Minecraft is like, hey, spend as much time as you want.

It looks like a dungeon crawling kind of RPG game.

There's a little bit of like build your own house, but it doesn't seem to be like a crafting.

It doesn't seem like it's a Minecraft or a core keeper to me.

Matter of fact, it kind of reminded me, whether it wanted to or not, of what was that RPG from the folks that went on to make Baldur's Gate 3? divine divinity, it kind of reminded me, whether it should or not, of divine divinity.

So I think he likey.

Likewise, I had Core Keeper selected for me by Zach.

Zach loves this game.

It's a nice little indie game.

I never played Terraria or any of these other games.

So, like, I can't really compare it to any of the other games like that.

I put 144 hours in the Core Keeper.

And I'll probably put a lot of hours into this, too.

I do have one that I've talked about a bunch on the show is Core Keeper.

They're still updating the game, but I'm not sure a thing has been planned for next year, but the official final release of Core Keeper is something I'm very excited about.

But essentially, it's kind of got like Stardew Valley, Core Keeper kind of vibes to it.

It's fun.

So it's kind of like that sort of storyline.

It's like core keeper, but yeah, it has, it has a ton of depth to it.

it's been in steam early access for two and a half years so it's finally getting the full release 40 bucks and cyril says yep it's a tree punching game survival crafting action RPG I've heard good things about it or at least it seems like it's got a lot there so if you're in this genre you probably want to check it out I don't usually do a lot there but it looks neat could be cool I don't know building dungeons sounds like a lot of work though

I tend to like more cutesy survival games like Corekeeper and Decess.

This seems more like a Valheim kind of game.
