Corbin Park Historic District

I mean, there's just things that, that pop up.

One time I was flipping a house in Corbin Park here, and I got a call from my head foreman, and he had that tone which he normally doesn't have, and I thought, "Uh-oh." This is literally what happened.

The joists that were holding the roof together were literally splitting, and the person that owned the house had tied it together with a rope pulley system to keep the roof going.

I wish I had a picture, I'd show it to you right now.
