Corb Lund

But, uh, Winnipeg is home.

Um, my, my real job is playing bass for a fella named Corb Lund out of Alberta, and when we're not doing that, uh, then I get to do my own thing with my band, Lost Country, and that's, uh, that's why we're here today.

For sure.

And I mean, you know, the, the timing I find, and every time I talk to you, we sort of time this around a new release that's coming out, and that's the case here-

... as well with a new, uh, a, a new Sean Burns, Lost Country record.

Um, maybe if before we get into that, though, the Corb Lund thing, how long has that been going on? Because just following you on social media over the past number of years, it seems like you're doing a lot of touring with that group.

I mean, you seem, like, very, very active [laughs] as the bassist for Corb.

his head, too? I just need to know if Corb Lund's been sitting where I'm sitting, because then I'll be a little starstruck.

And then we got to see not only Edmonton favorite, but Samantha favorite for our second Corb Lund show in the last seven days, because he was up next on the main stage for a time which I called Same Sweater, Different Set.

Yes.

Because he was wearing the same clothes that we saw him in Calgary last week.

Then we heard from M.A. Salco from the Pod Opaque.

He says, I didn't have hearing a Corb Lund song on a Shag podcast in my entire stack of bingo cards.
