I ordered the brake parts for the 92 Cabriolet last Tuesday.

Okay, last Tuesday, and they're not here yet.

And we actually broke in, I think, I don't know if I've mentioned this, but for our anniversary, I decided to get Susie a new car that was exclusively for her, as opposed to obviously all the cars we own are our cars.

know one that's explicitly for her use case and so uh we broke it in for the first time was a 992 uh just a regular carrera cabriolet yeah uh pdk of course i thought she would she's an open top person she would prefer a pdk although she's a very competent manual driver And, um, so we got to do 700 miles in that car.

And it was the first time we've spent any extensive time in that car, 18 way seats, carbon breaks, you know, lots of nice goodies, all the, all the safety, yada, yada stuff.

And actually one of the things I appreciated about the car most on the drive was it was all on secondary and tertiary roads.

GM had a working relationship with them.

The convertible top for that car was built by CTS Convertible Top Systems.

which was in Hamburg, Germany, and it was a joint venture between Porsche and Mercedes-Benz.

But the convertible top production line was actually in a Mercedes-Benz plant.
