Controlled flight into terrain

We, I, I feel like we have lost the understanding of pitch, power, and performance, right? And so, and I think the advent of technically advanced airplanes has just made our instrument flying so much safer, our situational awareness so much better from a map standpoint, XM weather and ADS-B weather, uh, also amazing, so we're not making the same mistakes that we used to.

You know, CFIT is becoming less of an issue now.

Um, but what we do see in all facets of general aviation is this energy management problem.

And so when we look at technically advanced airplanes, where are all the incidents and accidents occurring? Well, it's when all of the electronic protection is gone near the runway.
