Story four, and it's money rather than physics, but it's the kind of money that changes what's possible.

Yesterday, the European Space Agency awarded a contract worth up to 760 million euros to a German startup called the Exploration Company to build a spacecraft that can carry cargo to the International Space Station, and this is the part Europe has never done: bring it back.

Never? Europe flew cargo to the station for years.

Flew it up, yes.

The vehicle is called Nyx.

It flies on Ariane 6, and it has to dock with the space station no later than the second quarter of 2029.

There's also up to 50 million euros in additional incentive for flying on European launch vehicles, which tells you what else this contract is really for.

And the company is how old?

So this deal started with a scrap of paper and ended with AI.

Mark got the property under contract for $295,000, used AI to help find the cash buyer, assigned it for 300,000 and pocketed a $5,000 wholesale fee.

And that's not the only way he's using AI.

So tell me how you bridged that gap and ultimately came to an agreement without losing the deal.

I think a lot of it just came down to hearing out her story.

So you can claim for things like incomplete work, defective work, non-compliant work, just giving the buyer a little bit more flexibility and a little bit more power to make a claim.

Members of one of Boeing's biggest unions have rejected a contract offer from the company and have authorized a strike if further talks fail.

These are members of Boeing's SPIA union, which represents 13,000 engineers and 4,000 technical workers.

The contract offer would have boosted the average pay for those who design Boeing planes by nearly 30% over four years.

The SPIA union says members simply don't trust Boeing management, claiming jobs are being sent out of state, decisions by engineering and technical staff are getting overruled by management, and quality is taking a backseat to schedules, and that salaries aren't keeping up with inflation and the aerospace market.

They had plenty of forewarning that this was coming and time to come to an agreement, said Nick Simons, a journeyman lineman for OTEC who is based in La Grande, Oregon.

Simons said while wages are part of the dispute, the strike is largely prompted by what the union sees as unprecedented disciplinary actions at OTEC.
