There's also the book Samuel Beckett and Contemporary Art, which looks at a lot of artists who have taken on either what we call Beckettian themes or have directly mapped something that Beckett's put out there onto their new work.

And, and that's really interesting because it, it gets us to think about Beckett in our contemporary moment, um, and what Beckett means to us now, and that's really important, um, so that we remain relevant in our approaches to Beckett.

And I think in productions of Beckett's work- There's a, a fine and very complex line between the integrity of the original and then the creativity of a production.

So for example, I had the pleasure of interviewing, in fact, composer Tim Parkinson, who wrote his quartet called Quartet, uh, in 2019, and he wrote that after having spent time at the Beckett Archives at Reading University.
