Honesty is our best way forward.

Constructive criticism.

Okay.

No one is immune to constructive criticism.

Everybody deserves a little bit of constructive criticism and a constructive criticism is very, very valuable to a person that is actually receiving a constructive criticism.

The argument that we're making right now against all of these people is that what they're doing is not a constructive criticism, like what they're trying to present it as.

They're trying to present it like, oh, I voted for Donald Trump three times and there's been no accountability and all this, or where's the Epstein files or Thomas Massey or Candace Owens or whatever it is that you want to be losing your mind about.

Those things aren't constructive criticism.

I wanna talk about honesty.

I wanna talk about why people reject honesty, and why can't people accept constructive criticism.

If there's one thing on this show that I've preached for years and years and years...

Well, uh, I've, I preached for years and years.

This show's only been going on for about two or three years now.

Is constructive criticism is the only way you're ever going to get better.

And I've asked for people for their opinions on this show, uh, because without the advice, without your opinion, I could never get any better.

Which is why I'm asking your opinion.

Oh, I can't wait.

I learned something about that more than 40 years ago when I was introduced to a strategy for conducting employee performance reviews.

I recently heard a term for this that I really like.
