Constitution of Alberta

Pardee speaks loudly about how he would like to see treaty rights extinguished.

He's a libertarian and wrote the Alberta Constitution.

For those who don't know, we currently have no constitution.

Canada does, but the provinces don't, yet American states do.

He is a lawyer from Ontario, and he's been in the separatist space, wrote the Alberta Constitution, and I was at a conference recently, and I had a chance to speak with him about indigenous issues, because he's, he's written about them as well.

Canada's not the only place, but it's one of the places where somehow over time, we have managed to e- evolve into a constitutional order where we have different categories of people, different categories of citizens, and the rights and entitlements that you have depends upon which category you're in.
