But, but I've got to tell you, the one that we just launched, which is near and dear to our hearts, I think it's been our most important program since we opened the school back in 2019.

We've, um, we've formed a partnership with the Hilton Corporation, the Hilton Global Foundation, and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation to form what we're calling Hospitality's Futures Academy, and this is designed to be a connector of, of the workforce pipeline between young adults that are ready to show up on time, accept and follow direction, and, and be ready to go, but they don't quite have some of the work experience or some of the life experience, or know how does a hotel work? What's the difference between a front guest services and working in the engineering room in a hotel or whatever it may be.

And so we expose them to all of that, uh, through this pilot program that we're running with Hilton.

And then, uh, I- it's hard to believe our students are almost ready to go on externship.

In our last program, we looked at the Pentecost project run by the Vatican's Dicastery for Communication.

We heard that with the support of the Hilton Foundation, the Dicastery for Communication has initiated a project aimed at building a dynamic global network of the voices of sisters within the framework of the Vatican media.

This Pentecost project of the Dicastery for Communication is meant to happen while at the same time demonstrating how sisters are contributing to the work of the Church.

There are so many facets to the project, but one of the ways in which the Dicastery for Communication is doing this is by offering the sisters a three-month immersion or internship at the Vatican Media in Rome.

In this sense, it also works on the level of training in order that communication not be reduced to purely technological and instrumental concepts.

My stay at the Vatican Radio has been a wonderful chance for me to excel my professional career, to build a lifelong family here with all the Vatican staff that I met and with the sisters who are in this project.

That was Bezawit Acefa, the communications coordinator at the Ethiopian Conference of Catholic Bishops.

She was speaking to me at the end of her three-month internship at Vatican Media under the Pentecost Project run by the Vatican's Dicastery for Communication in conjunction with the Hilton Foundation.
