[laughs] How you feel as Luke
15:12
... you'll probably, you'll probably notice I, I used to use obviously the Garmin Coach.
15:18
Um, just I used to use that plan, but I've since now I've got a human coach.
15:24
Um, and I think, yeah, maybe just I did go get gait analysis and stuff done as well, um, just to see, you know, 'cause that knee issue was lingering for the guts of a year nearly, and I was like, "Right, let's..." You know, you're trying to do everything you can to sort of fix it.
15:42
Um, so with the, I suppose, my human coach, Keith, um, he's basically one of the, the lads who runs SKF.
15:50
I got onto him saying, "Look, there's a big challenge here.
15:53
I wanna put faith into someone that, like, 330 kilometers, whatever it might be, split amongst the four of us, just over 80K if it was evenly." Like, I was like, "This is a big task.

Talk us through the charities.
0:42
Why is that? What's kind of in the air that's preventing you seeing them?
0:47
So it's kind of interesting to start with the example of a normal day, Sean.
0:50
So if you watch a sunset, what's actually happening at the time that you see the sun go down in the horizon is that the sun's already gone down.
0:58
because the light from the sun naturally bends a little bit around the horizon as it travels through the atmosphere.
1:03
And that's because as you go higher and higher in the atmosphere, the temperature gets lower and the density there gets lower.
1:09
And so as light goes through air with different density, it curves.
1:14
So that means, well, for a sunset, that means the sun's already set when you're watching it.

Is there a particular cause for that or is it that was just happenstance that happened that way?
1:42
Why is that? What's kind of in the air that's preventing you seeing them?

So it's kind of interesting to start with the example of a normal day, Sean.

So if you watch a sunset, what's actually happening at the time that you see the sun go down in the horizon is that the sun's already gone down.

Is there a particular cause for that or is it that was just happenstance that happened that way?
10:16
And also, you are, because of that, able to serve a wider, geographically wider, you have a, a good number of rural patients too.
10:25
So Baba s- you're right, serves people in every single state across the country, across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and people that are what we call dual eligible, so people that have Medicare and Medicaid.
10:34
We're able to do this because we've done the work to get payers, so insurance companies and the, the government, to understand the value of this work that's been overlooked for so long from a, from a compensation perspective.
10:45
But, you know, if you talk to any frontline worker, you talk to any case manager, the importance of this work is obvious, and the importance of it in stopping bad outcomes, whether that's hospital readmissions or deaths or really bad episodes because of unmet behavioral health needs, you know, it's obvious that this is gonna save the system money and make people healthier, right? And so for the first time, you're starting to see structures that have emerged by virtue of other people's advocacy, right, but also the work that we've done to prove our outcomes.
11:13
You know, I'm a scientist by trade.
11:15
That was my, my past life.
11:16
I had a biotech company.
