Conor Orr

I'm Dan Hanzus with Marc Sessler.

Conor Orr.

Justin Graver.

How's everybody doing today? [laughs]

Um, and I think they get the Eagles at a very curious time.

I feel like it's a very dangerous time for Nick Sirianni, right? And I think the Sean Mannion experiment with Jalen Hurts, now I'm gonna hand out more.

I'll get, I'll, I'll figure out one for you too, Sessie, but I'm gonna hand some, uh, some more plaudits to another colleague, Conor Orr.

Connor was banging the drum over in the summer about, and be- uh, before that about, is Jalen Hurts a long-term solution for this team?

The Game, Willie Donnick, Derek Mason, Adam Vingan, and Connor Newt here with you.

It's 4:00 on a Wednesday, which means we need to welcome in our next guest, Conor Orr of Sports Illustrated and the MMQB NFL Podcast, and he's brought to you each and every week by Cheba Hut Toasted Subs, locations in Nashville off Donaldson Pike, and Clarksville in the River District.

Two locations, one toasted tradition.

Hello, Connor.

The Rams begged a 35-year-old Aaron Donald to come out of retirement 'cause it's really, really hard to find good defensive tackles like that.

That's one of the positions I would probably just say, "No thanks," and we gotta rebuild.

Now Connor, we're talking with Conor Orr, SI.com. Um, now Connor, if you look at it from that standpoint, uh, I, I think, think it would be hard to, to sort of part ways with Jeffrey Simmons.

But also you got...

I'm Dan Hanzus.

With Marc Sessler, Conor Orr, Justin Graber on the ones and twos.

You know what time it is, baby.

Power rankings Tuesday.

Uh, now that he's got Robert Saleh, who's a real leader as a head coach, and he's hot, and he's bald, and he's got great traps-

Like me

... and it's like, "Oh, this is gonna be different," it's like, you know who never bought in? Conor Orr.

[laughs]

It's what we call the flagship show, where we go over every game that was played today, and we do it all with a touch of mirth.

Dan Hanzus, Marc Sessler, Conor Orr, Justin Graeber on the ones and twos.

And I'll remember this Sunday, Mark-

Okay

[laughs]

... to international fans, like, the way that he just kept going and being like, "Oh, and the majesty of Saturday morning profi- Premier League f-" And he just kept going, and like, you know there's like a statue being built to that guy over there, so.

And he's like, he's like, "And one last thing, [beep] Conor Orr."

[laughs]

If you want advice like that for your legal representation, somebody's going to give it to you straight, tell you what to do.

Connor Orr is the man to call.

And actually, after the interview on my radio show, I had a couple people reach out who are looking for representation.

He may have gotten two clients just from coming on our show.

When you lose 50 of your past 62 games, upheaval is inevitable.

And you may have seen the news last night that the Tennessee Titans parted ways with multiple senior executives on the business side, which hilariously was first reported by our friend in Forest Hills.

It appears that the Titans are well on their way to another season at the bottom of the standings, which has me wondering about something.

And to peel back the curtain, this is something I was wondering about before the news broke last night-

Mm-hmm

... about all of the senior vice presidents who lost their jobs in the Tennessee Titans organization.

Should we prepare ourselves for the possibility of Robert Saleh being a one-and-done coach in Tennessee? I have read a couple of insightful stories on the subject this week, one by Lindsay Jones of The Ringer, and the other by our friend Connor Orr of Sports Illustrated, who joins us every Wednesday.

Both of those stories I will reference as we discuss this.
