Conor Mcgahey

Well, it's gonna be great because we're downtown at Boston Pizza City Place right down from the rink.

Um, Connor McGahey, who does the Jets broadcast, is gonna actually join us, uh, live here at the match, is gonna be nice.

Um, we have Ricky Gates gonna jump on with us.

We talk a lot of hockey with that.

And what else can you say, Scotty, about the Nath Dog and the Colorado Avalanche putting up eight in their home opener, and the Colorado Avalanche early on in this season making a statement?

Yeah, and Connor McGahey, you and I agree, as good as it gets when it comes to radio play-by-play these days.

Just some great calls off the top with a montage that the Big Dog has thrown together.

And Nathan MacKinnon, I mean, he does his talking on the scoreboard and on the score sheet, and then at the end he says, "That's it." I haven't forgotten Brent Clark, what had happened to our guy, Cale Makar, earlier in the game, where they felt like he, he was taken advantage of in a vulnerable spot, and you kinda wondered, "Who's gonna go after [laughs] Brent Clark?" Well, as it turned out, it was Nathan MacKinnon.

Yeah.

Conor, allegedly you cheat at golf.

Is this true, false, or definitive?

[laughs] What the shit was that?

Go.

Okay.

Conor, I've, I've watched you do game notes, like your preparation, and I've seen you do it in like 31 minutes.

You got the entire front and back, both teams dialed in.

Just

felt it coming, Conor.
