So let's let's unpack that for a second.

Yeah, I like the question because I hear a lot, first of all, I just got this the other day about, well, and I get it often, is this going to destroy creativity on one hand? And then on the other hand, people saying, hey, I can't do creativity.

And those things are actually polar opposites.

So it's funny sometimes that people are both afraid that AI is going to rule the world and they think AI is nothing.

But in that, so first of all, on the creativity thing, I think it's interesting because I think AI really helps creativity.

However, if you had like 25 people and you said, hey, everybody write a paper on the crucible or whatever as Finn was saying, right? Or have 25 people just type them into AI.

It'll be different, but it'll be somewhat similar as opposed to a student starting off and saying, hey, here's some ideas, now go from there.

So what does that shift look like in practice? And again, across the board, just in general, whether it's administrative work at higher ed, whether it's in corporations, whether it's with students in academia, how do we make that transition to move from that compliance to that collaboration mindset?

So I'll let you kick us off.

I feel like you, you set me up for that.

Uh, if I can ever shoehorn in the fact that I got, uh, personally an award for the Dalai-- from the Dalai Lama, I, I love to try to slip that into even the most random conversations 'cause it, it makes me sound absolutely amazing, which is not entirely deserved, alas.

But, uh, yeah, it's been a lot of [chuckles] lives.

I guess that's a great way to say it.

Uh, so just super quickly, uh, you know, I, I finished, uh, University of Virginia, and then I immediately moved abroad, uh, and I worked in, uh, security and governance, uh, essentially sort of peace and reconciliation with the Balkans.

Uh, so I lived in Europe for about eight years or so between Czech Republic and, and Brussels, and then I spent three years in Nepal, uh, creating an organization that rescued trafficked children and reunited them with their families.

So tell me how you got to that and what, what kind of work you're doing with these organizations.
