Do you have any little tips on, so you have someone sitting in front of you and you really want to unpack what they're actually sort of saying on their CV that they can do? How would you, yeah, are there any sort of tips on sort of questions that you've had that you find like really useful that actually gets down to the details?

You know, what's funny is kind of almost is a bit of the reverse.

And I'm always surprised at how many people don't do this, but I understand why, particularly in fast-paced industries.

um but uh it it's sorry i've got a lovely scam call it tells me coming through for your listeners so i won't be answering that anyway but um is a lot of people don't actually do reference checks i'm always surprised at this particularly when it comes to certain roles they do a little bit of skirting or they assume but actually they don't reach out to past line managers or just past employees.
