You know, they, they signed Conor Joe, and he had a moment or two.

They signed, uh, Patrick Wisdom.

Didn't really have a moment or two.

Patrick Wisdom can't play defense.

Conor Joe can't play defense.

Like, they d- they just ignored defense and, and this is the result.

And, and when you ignore defense in general, and then you have guys who regress defensively, like some of your best gloves actually regress, too, yeah, this is the result you're going to get.

He was a name guy.

But overall, Jason Heyward, uh, Connor Joe, like just really, really no good players that just didn't do much for this team, and I like that they just said, "Screw it.

Let's try some of our guys that are doing well in the minor leagues," and it's worked.

Jace Bowen hasn't been all that amazing, but even still he's made a couple nice catches at least.

And we've seen them try Weston Wilson and Patrick Wisdom and Connor Joe, and they've gone through this list.

It's because they are only willing to give these guys minor league deals.

They're not willing to invest in the bench.

Uh, he's cheap and affordable, and he hits a T-Mobile Park just fine, and he is not a platoon guy.

He's actually, uh, I believe, 10th, uh, highest WRC+ in baseball left on left, uh, which hilarious, this team decided to give out bats to Connor Joe and Rob Refsnyder for half the year against lefties 'cause Canzone couldn't hit those guys.
