Congress of Colombia

what is the book about?

This book is an effort to reach people, common readers, and understand why a country like Colombia had, after four decades of complicit association between politicians and bureaucrats, yet unpunished heinous criminal like Gustavo Petro, reached the presidency and the biggest cartel masters of the FARC reach the Colombian Congress.

It's not because they are very intelligent, because they are very wise, because they are very strategic.

No, it's because politicians and bureaucrats in Colombia have been shamefully violating the laws, not only Colombian, but international laws.
