Conference USA men's basketball tournament

What do you expect? 'Cause I honestly don't know.

Out of, uh, the three newcomers, Hawaii, who went to the NCAA Tournament last year as the Big West champions, UC Davis, who was a middle-of-the-road Big West team, and UTEP, who, if I'm not mistaken, didn't even make the Conference USA Tournament.

10 out of 12 teams do, right? They, uh, I don't even think they got in.

Um, a- and they got a coach who's on the hot seat in a, in a market that fancies themself because they won a national championship in the '60s, fancies themself as a basketball market.

What are you currently tolerating and you're officiating? that you know the next level version of yourself would never allow.

Like if I look at Tommy the Ref, when I worked my last game in Conference USA Tournament in 2020, a week after that note card I showed you, and then I look back to when I started in Division I, four or five iterations, it's laughable.

So the question asked of yourself, what are you currently tolerating? What are you just allowing to happen that you know that next version, whatever that next version looks like for you, would not appreciate or allow that to continue? Are we good? A couple of guesses, all right, here we go.

Now we're gonna get into ownership, and if you wanna snap a picture of this or write this down, This is how I define ownership.
