It's saying, you do that again, you face fines.

You are responsible for the technologies you're deploying.

So under UK's Computer Misuse Act, British cyberspace is governed by the UK law.

Ghana has no jurisdiction over offenses committed on British soil.

unless Ghana goes through mutual legal assistance and reform extradition and treaties which is a long process so you see Ghana has no rights when it has to do with somebody in a foreign land so let me not even go far this man that came to Ghana that was from Russia

As a human, if you misuse a computer system, then you can be prosecuted.

There's the Computer Misuse Act and the like in the UK and equivalents around the world.

But if you didn't take those actions, then who do you prosecute? There's no human culpability when an AI does something unexpected unless you've been negligent.

And so I think we need, as usual, we need the law to catch up with technology.
