Compliment sandwich

I feel like over the past like six months, I've all of a sudden had this new rash of people coming to you saying, well, I know this is how you're supposed to do it.

You're supposed to do like the compliment sandwich.

I was like, who is telling you this? Um, and they're apparently like, they're learning it in like, they're learning in school.

They're learning it in like these different kinds of places.

Wait, I want to, like, that's funny you guys are talking about that because, like, at my old job, for some reason, like, the CEO decided, like, it would be a great idea to, like, sit the team down and teach us what a compliment sandwich was.
