Common Nettle

Health Naturally is the name of the game with Dennis Stewart and Dennis there is nothing like a discussion that we have to hold over for a couple of weeks, good afternoon.

Now we started the discussion on the famous herb stinging nettle, didn't really get very far but you sort of mentioned it has a lot of medicinal, also nutritional and even some agricultural benefits but later this morning, actually this afternoon rather, we're going to talk about your special relationship with the herb as well.

We are indeed, and there is an acute relationship between Stinging Nettle and myself, which goes back many, many years.

Before I start, though, I'd like to thank the listener who emailed me.

A beautiful field of Stinging Nettle and sow thistle.

This dear listener is from Miller's Forest.

and he or she will undoubtedly be listening to the program again today.

And I particularly want to thank them.
