Most, most, it's a game house, you know, we're with them, they're with us, there's no stopping or clipping or anything, you know.

This week we're catching up on what everyone got into over our summer break, and unsurprisingly, there were a lot of birds involved.

Amanda and I just got back from a trip to Maine where we got to see some incredible coastal birds including common eiders, Atlantic puffins, and black guillemots.

We'll tell you all about our birding cruise out of Bar Harbor, plus a little bit about the lobster fishing industry in Maine and some of the really cool sustainability practices we learned about while we were there.

John and Shannon have had a pretty exciting summer too.

But

all the common eiders we were really excited for, they weren't like in breeding plumage, but there was one male in like this whole group that we saw that was first.

I'm not sure why, but but so that was cool to see because they all just were, you know, not in breeding plumage or or females.
