So they have downplayed American history in favor of globalism as a publisher.

And during the Obama administration, when the contracts for assessments aligned to Common Core were going out, Pearson was given a no-bid contract.

Okay, you control the assessments, you control the curriculum.

Because nobody wants to do poorly on your assessments, especially if you have things like accreditation, which is a whole other story.

It is, tell it to me Tuesday, and we're going to be continuing on this issue of globalism out of the UN and the mayors that we started last week.

Good to see you.

This award is bestowed on visionary cities, not for what they've already accomplished, but for the pledges to foster innovation and creativity.

You see, if we throw in creativity, We can attach it to education.

Because if you remember, when Common Core was really getting implemented, there was a big campaign to replace the three R's, which were never really the three R's, with the four C's.

And creativity was right in there with it.

So let's stay with reading so you can hear how it differs or this approach differs from the first one.

I'm going to use a 9th and 10th grade Common Core reading standard that says, quote, cite strong and thorough textual evidence to support analysis of what the text says explicitly, as well as inferences drawn from the text.

So that's a grade level standard.

There's quite a bit packed into that expectation.

So finally, after all of that, students need to cite the evidence, identifying words or passages they're drawing on, and explain how it supports their evidence.

So if you picture this skill progression like a staircase, the step moves from, or the steps move from the bottom of reading and understanding a text to analyzing details and drawing inferences to selecting and evaluating evidence to citing that evidence and explaining its connection.

That's the way we can unpack this work for planning purposes, right? Common Core doesn't prescribe that exact staircase and readers move back and forth among those skills, but looking for evidence of where students are at can help us to better meet their specific needs no matter where they are in that skill progression.

We can target what skill, where do we think you're at and what would be a good focus of this small group instructional session to keep you progressing toward proficiency from your current level.

And let's emulate what they're doing.

And so you start talking about eliminate common core, go back to phonics, do literature and literacy, do science-based math.

And people say, yeah, that makes sense.

There are a couple of issues when it comes to teacher retention.

and secular universities of every age category, media, schools of learning, every area of so-called education and knowledge has been embedded with all kinds of doctrines that are satanic in nature, doctrines which in effect paralyze the children of God and blind the children of God from discovering just who they really are in Christ Jesus.

So just like there has been a massive conspiracy to socially engineer and program many, many generations of young people through public education and through the school systems, there's been a massive conspiracy to dumb them down to curriculum like Common Core and other curriculum designed to erode and erase rational thinking, logical thinking, analytical thinking, and creativity, etc.

And so they're very serious about this.

That's why Bill Gates of hell is dumping hundreds of millions of dollars into this is why he put billions of dollars into Common Core.

And now we are moving away from teachers, which, by the way, I warned you years ago this was going to happen.

They're going to sideline teachers.

A lot of these rules are just rules that we put on ourselves.

A lot of this curriculum that we have The Common Core, the No Child Left Behind, they're things that the state has voluntarily decided to participate in, and it's been nothing but ruinous to our system.

I have teachers complain about all the time.

It's not just me.
