Everybody who's anybody understands that it's not that those are bad websites to go on, but you're using them for the wrong reason.

I said you go on Crexi and LoopNet not for the, the properties.

You go on Crexi and LoopNet because they're a broker Rolodex.

The owner called me before they ever called a broker.

The seller wanted me specifically, not whoever happened to have the right Crexi filter on the right day.
