Comicpalooza

We did a bunch of panels.

I did two cast-offs that went perfectly, much better than Comicpalooza, Alan, so you'd be proud because Comicpalooza was such an awful setup.

Now, attendance was low because they put us at the last day, but I didn't care about that.

We had a great show.

FanX was a huge success.

I'm looking forward to next year.

It'll be in September again because I heard Comicpalooza is going to stay in July, which is not a good move.

Yeah, I heard that too.

Yeah, sure you didn't.

She's hosted panels at major conventions like Comicpalooza, DreamCon, and Anime NYC.

Never been there.

Never been to that one?

But here's the funny part about it.

Like I say, for every Andrew Cruz I met at Comic-Palooza, no joke, I would have people walk right by me and Or they'll walk by and they'll do like a little side look.

I'm like, come on, come check it out.

You know, and they'll just keep going because I have an unknown product.

uh okay here's another here's another book that i i just buy whenever i see it um and this is a great copy dungeons and dragons advanced dungeons and dragons number one um this is a mint copy i mean it's a 9698 example um see 10 bucks on there so this i've also got this from chuck it was i got a stack of books from him when i went to his uh particular garage for Comicpalooza.

But yeah, D&D, I'm a huge fan of the game itself and the intersection with comics is just... hard

to resist i think and i will be corrected by several people in the comments i'm sure if i'm wrong here that should be considered the first dungeons

We are continuing our trip down memory lane of the first 500 episodes with episode 125 recorded live at Comicpalooza in 2019.

This was our third Comicpalooza recording.

It was May 18th, 2019 when it was released.

It had myself, Alan Cerny, and someone I feel is the brightest, sweetest, most wonderful person in the world, my wife, Heather, from the Nerdy Bitches podcast.

And the minimum wage...

This is a live at Comicpalooza, which I have mixed feelings about doing live episodes of Comicpalooza.

Who have some of the nicest wrestlers been, uh, for you over the years?

Like, where do you where would you want to see this naturally go? And where do you think we pull content from?

Well, I asked Hayden at a panel in Houston at Comicpalooza last year, and I asked him what his thoughts were and what he would like to do.

I asked him, would you like to do a rated R Vader series?

Uh-oh, uh-oh.

Then I couldn't.

I was invited to Comicpalooza in Texas.

Yeah.

And they wanted me to do that.

Yeah.

All right, well, I met Rachel at Comicpalooza at the stand where she was selling books, and that's where I came across Hidden Tiger, which was a book that you guys collaborated on along with Robin Weidman.

Is that right?
