Comic timing

The standard performer, of course, is Dharam Ji.

His comic timing in this film is impeccable.

In Sholay and Chipke Chipke, we see him utilising his comic timing but in Pratigya, he is on another level.

Maybe it is because some of his lines are in Punjabi, his fluency combined with his natural comic timing really shines through.

Pratigya is a masterpiece in slapstick comedy.

And what I loved about the film is that Dharamji goes completely against his image.
