And what they've done here is map out how a global enterprise needs to build entirely new capabilities across its strategy, its operations, technology and its people.

And they visualize all this sprawling complexity using a very specific metaphor, right?

the Pillars fell without warning all across the world.

though to say they fell isn't quite accurate.

More like they floated, descending from the skies so slowly and gracefully that it seemed they would never touch the ground until they did.

I, I just wanna flex a little eco criticism here.
