And then Mario Zanster, the old CEO, my parents were speaking at family camp at Pine Cove and we came out to see them and he goes, hey, why don't you move to Columbus, Texas? And so that's the kind of the long story short is Mario recruited us to be the executive director down in the Columbus at the Columbus camps that Pine Cove has.

And we spent eight years down there developing that region.
