And Autumn Boy, who was champion three-year-old Colt last year.

So he's another success story coming out of the Golden Rose.

Yeah, broadsiding one of them a couple of years ago, and, jeez, I like him.

If you're not single figure odds or very close to it, I would suggest you're out of play, which applies to Campione d'Italia.

The first up run was average to bad and the trial since probably not a lot better.

However, he has already won a group on this Colt.

He's a Snicks of Colt.

he win the Caulfield Cup? Absolutely, he can.

He's still improving, isn't he? He was a classic Colt in the U.K.

or Gelding, whatever he was over there, having run in the champion, Irish champion stakes when he was well in the market there.

So there was something with him.

I wanted to ask you about a couple of those.

Can you tell us a little bit about her?

Yeah, beautiful Colt.

Actually, a lot of the mares, too, that these horses are out of were bought as yearlings.

A lot of them are Keenlands.

Honestly, when anything by not this time, we're always interested in, he checked all the boxes, a beautiful Colt out of a Malibu moon mare.

Real excited to get him.

It's kind of right where we thought he'd be in the range.

After Monday we thought we were low on all our evaluations so we had to change those a little bit Tuesday to say the market's going up it was up 13% I think on Monday so we had to change our plan and react to that and we went up a little bit on our evaluations.

Oh, that makes total sense.

The Colt was bred in Kentucky by Parks Investment Group and was purchased by Flying Dutchman for $1.05 million.

But we just felt like a gun runner, obviously, with the mayor already throwing something that we thought had a lot of talent.

We believed in it even that much more.

As part of your program, how important is book one, the Colts and Phillies of this quality? How important are they for the Flying Dutchman? I think

it is.

Was very underwhelming in the Cuisette stakes, over 1,100 metres, won by natural fling.

Comes out on Saturday up to 1,400 metres, taking on Colts and Geldings, and she wins.

Yeah.

And had its absolute birthday for mine.

And I had had success for Gary in, uh, with a similar pedigreed horse, uh, about four years prior.

And so I mentioned this colt to him and, um, I bought the Colt for 250,000 euros, which wasn't – I know it sounds like a lot, and in some cases it might be, but it wasn't, relatively speaking.

And that Colt came to America, and he won the second leg of the Triple Crown, the Preakness Stakes.

He also became the – I think third horse ever to win a triple crown race and also win a grade one, which is our highest level of racing on turf.

So anyways, that was, that's very special because that had never been done before.
