And I had seen in the back of a ski magazine, there's a classified ad section that no longer exists.

And in that was an ad for a school in Steamboat, Colorado Mountain College.

And, you know, in it, you could study ski business.

And I thought, wow, OK, this is in a ski town.

But we need to be doing this a step at a time.

The town of Basalt, Colorado Mountain College, and the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies also purchased rent-capped units in the new building.

Other local employers, like Aspen's school district and fire department, bought some off the free market.
