Um, uh, we're back to school, so it's back to budgets, and after lots of kites being flown, um, uh, Máirín Travers, public spending is the, the, probably the biggest, um, theme after Katie, um, Taylor this morning.

You spotted one on, uh, budgets and buses.

We have these wonderful grants, allegedly, but the people, and we've seen the data is there over the last few months, the people who are benefiting from, at their home, retrofitting, the EVs replacement, are people who probably had the money to buy these cars anyway.

Meanwhile, the rest of us are-

So anyway, I got us into GEM and I saw that they were mostly academics.

So I approached Colm O'Gorman, who is now the professor of entrepreneurship in DCU.

And we did GEM for 20 years every year.

Now, going back to what did we learn in those early years? So up to then, there was a general feeling because there was a great amount of general feelings around.
