We have his description at windsornewstoday.ca.

He was reported missing after a head count at the Collins Bay Institution back on September twenty-fourth.

If you know where he is, don't approach him.

Just call nine one one.

But they are reporting things and raising issues, and that's a good thing.

But even when things are reported, I mean, last week, uh, um, y- headlines, uh, uh, convicted murderer on a life sentence escapes from Collins Bay Penitentiary.

That's not what happened.

No.

What happened was this fellow that, that was, uh, a celebrated case, there's a documentary about it, him killing his, his wife.

Uh, got a life sentence back in the '90s.

Uh, was eventually tiered down, uh, but was put in a halfway house, uh, on the grounds, or in a minimum security on the grounds of Collins Bay Penitentiary, which is now a, a max, medium, and minimum security.

Okay.
