all that it meant, there is this question of where was God in the midst of all of that pain? Where is God in the midst of all of that evil? And I wanted to end the hour by talking about Colin Hansen's article he wrote.

And in it, he says this, underneath the critique from Christianity's cultured despisers rests an assumption about God's providence.

If God allows any evil, then he must not be good.

If it's all circumstantial, then when bad things happen, I shake my fist at God.

Even though Jesus himself said, in this world... you will have trouble.

Can I proclaim the same thing that Colin Hansen proclaimed there? Evil is real.
