Are narcissists drawn to this, or do cults create narcissism? And we'll get back to that question in a bit, but it started floating in my field, this idea that the organization in itself, in some ways, could be thought of as a kind of narcissistic entity.

Anyway, I hadn't really thought about it in a while, but just recently I got an email from one of the listeners who pointed out that there's actually an established term for that, which is collective narcissism.
