yeah, I think it's something I've reflected on a lot because I grew up, um, I remember watching Barcelona Olympics, Linford Christie, Sally Gunnell, Colin Jackson, these guys, and thinking, I want to

do that.

And so getting to a Paralympics, pulling on a GB shirt and thinking, I've done it.

Can't quite believe it, to be honest.

I'm joined by Colin Jackson CBE.

He's a Welsh former sprint hurdler, sports commentator, and TV personality, who is a household name.

In his athletics event, the high hurdles, he's a two-time world champion, a world indoor champion, an Olympic silver medalist, four-time European champion, four-time European indoor champion, two-time Commonwealth Games gold medalist, and he's held the world record in both the 110 meter hurdles for nearly 13 years, and the indoor 60 meter hurdles world record, which stood for nearly 27 years, and that was 7.30. After his competitive career, he became a very successful broadcaster and has been a staple of BBC Sports athletics coverage for many competitions, major championships, and Olympic games.
