Cloud State Huskies went east to Hamilton, New York, and ran into a hot Colgate team, losing 4 to 2 on Friday and 2 to 1 on Saturday.

Sofiana Sundlin was the star of the game on Friday, scoring twice, but Colgate broke the 2-2 tie in the third and added an empty netter to seal the victory.

Emilia Kirka took the loss, giving up three goals on 22 shots.

That game snapped the Huskies' four-game win streak over ranked opponents, which was a program record.

Saturday, freshman goalie Alexis Ehrnman made 33 saves.

Siri Urrela cut the lead to one late in the third, but Colgate was able to hold on to seal the sweep.

The marquee matchup of the weekend took place in Columbus, as Ohio State will claim top team in the land as they swept Wisconsin.
