But I want to talk about Charlie Curnow and indirectly Logan McDonald and what's happened.

It's been a massive win for him to come up there first season, win the Coleman.

He was shaky at times, but in the end he wins the Coleman and stands up in a big final and then has the flow-on effect to Logan McDonald, who had been waiting to show what he can do and he showcased on the bigger stage.

Yeah, I was pretty probably critical of the Charlie Curnow, I guess, acquisition because they've actually had a really unusual and I guess not necessarily clunky, but they've had a differing forward structure sort of all year.

When Amadi was sort of in the team, it was interesting, right? Amadi was probably more of the focus and probably more informed than what Charlie Curnow was.

So the law of averages would say that's an interesting dynamic they're in at the moment.

But that's sort of my assessment.

I would have thought, I didn't really pick he'd be winning the Coleman, but honestly, he stepped up against Fremantle at Optus Stadium this year, kicking multiple goals, and you can't knock a guy that's now done it in a key final in a pretty depleted squad as well.
