appearance today and that didn't go well after he's been getting roughed up each time he started I don't know what the solution is the Brewers got to figure it out but is it Robert Gasser is it Coleman Crowe down in AAA Nashville you saw what happened when they brought Brandon Sproat up as a bullpen option and certainly This bullpen trial with Mr. Harrison didn't work, so the Brewers need to figure this out.

Let's play out how this second of a three-game weekend set at home with the Cincinnati Reds played out.

The Brewers pound out 13 runs on 14 hits.

I know he just faced these Reds, which makes things a little bit difficult, but that's certainly on the table, and again, they have not committed to Robert Gasser starting on Sunday, so a corresponding move technically could be not just for a reliever.

It could be a, a Coleman Crow.

It could be Garrett Stallings for relief.

It could be Jared Knicely for relief for all we know.

It's eight to one, man.

Y- And I think that the, the way that the Brewers are gonna handle things, now they currently don't have, you know, unless you wanna call up Garrett Stallings or unless you wanna call up somebody else, they're not expecting Coleman Crow.

If you wanna keep Coleman on a starter's rotation, uh, they, they're kind of stuck right now.

So until Bryce Wilson's a- eligible to come off the IL next Tuesday, then you see what you got.

Player, team meeting, every game, power of friendship.

I don't know if they need a player meeting after every game or before every game in their glory days.

Maybe Coleman Crowe could be a solution.

I just think Kyle Harrison needs a rest.

Like, I just think they... you know, I thought maybe after Chicago, he probably could have probably used it and maybe skip the start in Cincinnati and get him back to American family field.

yeah so i'm gonna go with uh coleman crow i'm again throwing lucas for a loop by skipping the mets guy um but crow is crow is a guy who he was a sleeper for me go like a deep sleeper going into this year i used one of my last picks in a 50 round draft and hold on him in like january or february i just he's a guy in that brewers minor league system he came into the year on the 40-man roster Um, and I just, you know, liked some of the underlying data and the numbers.

And, um, I think I was a year early ultimately on Coleman Crow.

They've used him a few times as a spot starter this year.

Um, but it's always been kind of a last minute announcement on like a random Wednesday or Thursday.

So you could never actually get them into your lineup if you have weekly, weekly lineups, but, um, yeah.

But the big win for me with Coleman Crowe this year is that he's probably going to touch somewhere around 120 innings on the season, which is really all you needed to see from him to feel good for me going into 2027.

To give a little bit of context there, I mean, he only threw 50 innings in 2025.

Bo Naylor.

Bo Naylor, JoJo Romero, I think, are going to be the guys.

Could be Coleman Crowell, Lockridge maybe.

We'll see.

We're going to get another injury report on Tuesday to see where the Brewers stand up.

Who doesn't want Grant Anderson to sit out the postseason? Bring up Sprote.

Bring up Crow.

Bring up somebody who's stretched out.

Because if somebody has a dud of a start, put in a guy who's stretched out and who's dominated in the bigs before.

Like Sprote has dominated before.

Not always.

Crow has dominated in the bigs before.

Not always.

We'll see what happens going forward because Gasser was slated to start later on in the week, so we'll see what happens.

Is it Coleman Crow maybe getting called up? Do they maybe bring Brandon Sprout back up? I don't know.
