Okay, well, as we know, there's a little thing called in the Kabbalistic practice in the Gematria, is the thing called the rule of Colel, and it allows one digit to be added or subtracted from the numerical value without changing its meaning.

Kollel Chabad was started by the first Lubavitcher Rebbe in the 1700s to help support those people who he k- encouraged to move to Israel after he bought large tracts of land in Israel, in the city of Hebron and Jerusalem, I think in Safed also with the Tzemach Tzedek, the third Lubavitcher Rebbe, and has been an ongoing organization ever since.
