So in that context, and knowing the whole rationale about controlling inflammation in the general population with the IL-6 blockades and all the recent trial, Colchicine, the recent Zeus trial that unfortunately seems to be non-significant, We wanted to see if in that very particular, very inflammatory disease, we might have an impact of that IL-6 inhibition with tocilizumab.

Perfect.

That makes a lot of sense.

Other antihistamines were used.

Colchicine was one of the best, actually the best, highest quality trial in COVID was the Colchorona trial.

And that was done with Colchicine.

That had a modest effect on heart outcomes, but it's kind of a unique anti-inflammatory.

Secondary antibiotics, sadly, the NIH published some autopsy studies of people who died in the hospital.
